Pool Party Policy

Per the General Rules & Regulations, member households are limited to six guests per day, including overnight guests.

• Adult (18+) pool members may schedule parties for more than 6 guests with at least two weeks notice and permission from the Board. Please contact the Head Guard for details. 

• Interested members should contact the Head Guard with the date, time, and number of party guests requested.

• Head Guard will attempt to schedule an extra guard for the party time frame. (The party can only happen if this extra guard is scheduled.)

• The guard covering the party should email or text the party host. Tell them your name and give your contact information in case any changes arise.

• Members are not allowed to bring in outside entertainment.

• 2 adults (18+) must chaperone EVERY party. This does not include the guards.

• Wheeler General Rules and Regs., including Deep End Test apply.

• Host is required to sign-in all of their guests in the book at the start of the party and member must pay $5 per party guest to the cash box.

• Pay the designated party guard $15 per hour for parties. Please pay the assigned guard directly in cash. 

• The host is responsible for clean-up.

 The Board reserves the right to deny a party request based on weather, expected pool use and other circumstances.
